In today’s day and age, we see tons of health data. It’s on our health app embedded on our smartphones. It’s on an apple watch. It’s an oura ring. It’s all around us! But while data is power, it can be confusing, feel impersonal and you might not know what to do with it.

Protagonist Health has created a digital health application that prompts users to collect behavioural data and integrates physical activity data already available on your phone. We also implement gamification whereby users engage with a virtual pet, which serves as a digital representation of the user. We help our users connect the dots between their data and their behaviours!
