The Forge is welcoming a new wave of high-potential ventures, as six startups join the Spring Business Incubator cohort with each participant bringing fresh ideas, early traction, and a drive to scale.
Designed as a selective, hands-on program, these startups will be supported by lead mentors and expert leadership over the course of the the next 12 months. The program equips founders with the knowledge, tools, and connections needed to accelerate growth.
With these passionate founders aiming to make a change in the world, we are excited to see what milestones they will accomplish within the year. Meet the new cohort below and follow their journey!

CyclePlastix
Founders: Timan Kamran, Shayan Moin
CyclePlastix transforming how the world handles one of its most overlooked waste streams, addressing the 25 million mattresses discarded into North American landfills each year by recovering polyurethane foam from end of life products and chemically extracting the key ingredient needed to reproduce premium foam. Through this innovative process, the company turns discarded materials into high value resources, creating a more sustainable and cost effective alternative to virgin production while helping manufacturers reduce costs and environmental impact. By revitalizing waste into valuable, high performance products, CyclePlastix is advancing a circular approach that keeps materials in use and out of landfills.

SENS
Founders: Kasra Noyan, Nima Noyan
SENS is a smart wearable designed to address a widespread but often overlooked challenge in dentistry, where over 70 percent of professionals develop musculoskeletal issues from prolonged poor posture. The device clips onto existing equipment, monitors posture in real time, and delivers gentle alerts the moment harmful positioning is detected, helping prevent strain before it becomes injury. By turning a common career risk into a preventable one, SENS helps dental professionals protect their health, extend their careers, and maintain the level of care their patients rely on.
Better Bionics
Founder: Ahmed Ibrahim
Better Bionics is a Canadian robotics company building the next generation of dexterous hands for both humans and humanoid robots. With 2.5 million amputees in need today and up to 10 million robotic hands required annually by 2035, the company is addressing a massive and underserved market. Its 17 joint hand, with a motor in every joint housed inside the palm, delivers advanced control and functionality as both a clinical prosthetic and a scalable platform for robotics.

Twish Cart
Founder: El Gibbor Djiki
Twish Cart is an AI powered agrifood platform that turns fragmented grocery demand into pre committed group orders for retailers, producers, and community buyers. By pooling demand, the platform gives businesses clearer visibility, faster inventory turnover, and reduced waste while improving margins through smarter fulfillment. At the same time, Twish Cart helps families access more affordable groceries through collective purchasing, creating a more efficient and inclusive food distribution system across Ontario and Quebec.

Tiny Tube Bio
Founders: Ranvir Chaudhri, Zachary Donsky
Tiny tube is reinventing laboratory liquid handling with a novel, patent pending microlitre sensor that powers a self calibrating, ultra precise micropipette designed for both handheld use and robotic systems. Micropipettes are the most widely used tools in labs, yet their mechanical design introduces unavoidable inaccuracies that even leading research institutions must work around. Using a proprietary digital sensor, the company has developed a low cost prototype that is up to ten times more precise than premium devices, redefining performance while making high precision accessible. By removing a critical bottleneck in liquid handling, the goal is to make reliable microdispensing the standard and accelerate progress across life science research.

Stealth Company (to be revealed)
Rounding out the cohort is a sixth company that is currently in stealth mode. While we can’t share details just yet, we’re excited about the work underway and look forward to highlighting this team when they’re ready.
