Irene has over 20 years of experience as an Human Resources Professional. She is also a Certified Executive Coach, with in-depth HR experience across a range of sectors including pharmaceuticals, legal, finance, not-for-profits, and the start-up ecosystem.
She is recognized as a trusted business partner and mentor to senior management teams, providing support and guidance on a range of both people and business strategies. Irene brings an intuitive and applicable understanding of how organizations flourish, the need for a market-focused approach, supported by valued partnerships.
Irene has been an active member of the HRPA since 2004, sits on the professional development committee of her local chapter, and holds the designation of Certified HR Leader (CHRL). She also is a part time faculty member of Durham College, teaching Recruitment & Selection.
