VoxNeuro revolutionizing brain health

December 2, 2021

VoxNeuro, a Hamilton-based neuroscience and health tech company, has been featured on Canadian Healthcare Technology for its groundbreaking approach to managing and treating brain health, through the use of objective measures, instead of only relying on subjective measures such as patient self-reporting and observed behaviour. The Forge alumnus provides a 30-minute, non-invasive Cognitive Health Assessment using electroencephalography (EEG) to record tens of thousands of data-points from a patient’s brain waves while they complete a series of tasks on a computer. By the end of 2022, VoxNeuro is projected to be operational in roughly 100 clinics in North America. In 2021, the innovative startup has received Health Canada Class II Medical Device designation for its proprietary Cognitive Health Assessment Management Platform™ (CHAMP) and FDA registration for the distribution of CHAMP as a Class II Exempt Medical Device in the US market.
