Congratulations to our clients PUSLE Lifesaving and iNT-BiN, who placed second and received the People’s Choice award, respectively, at Innovation Factory’s Pitch & Networking Night. On February 26, six companies competed in a pitch competition for an opportunity to win cash prizes to go towards their business. With over 75 people in attendance, the event was a success showcasing local entrepreneurs with innovative business ideas. Congratulations to all the winners.
PULSE Lifesaving is a unique, full-service training provider of lifesaving, first-aid, and lifeguard training. Co-Founder Dawson Lucier pitched his way to 2nd place at iF Pitch & Networking Night, taking home $250. Dawson had this to say about his startup journey and his continued success:

iNT-BiN is an ambitious startup that hopes to upgrade current trash bins to a smarter means of recycling through use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. iNT-BiN, client of The Forge and graduate of Startup School, received the People’s Choice award, winning $150. Co-Founder Maryam Alizadeh says their success is owed to passion, connections, and a concise businessness model.
