Resemble AI launched built-in integration with OpenAI’s GPT-3

April 1, 2021

On April 1, Resemble AI launched a new solution on Product Hunt, offering built-in integration with OpenAI‘s GPT-3 that can generate convincing ad copy and conversations instantly. The Forge alumnus, Resemble AI, creates Custom Voices using proprietary deep learning models that can produce realistic speech synthesis. They enable brands, media companies, creative agencies, and gaming companies to clone any voice and create dynamic, iterable, and unique voice content. Open AI’s GPT-3 launched nine months ago has already been utilized by over 300 applications delivering GPT-3–powered search, conversation, text completion, and other advanced AI features through their API.

Resemble AI’s users can utilize the existing library of professional voices or create their own custom Artificial Intelligence (AI) voice to generate high-quality voiceovers and dialogues. Users can also use the platform’s editor with powerful text generation capabilities to quickly create copy for their custom voices. Currently, users can try out the new solution for free on their website.

“We think this is the first step to enable creators to truly build AI-driven experiences from creating dialogue for your conversational agent (game characters, Alexa, etc.) to the perfect ad copy,” said Zohaib Ahmed, co-founder of Resemble AI. “Combine that with natural AI voices, and you get dynamic and unique content in no time.”

Saqib Muhammad and Zohaib Ahmed cofounded Resemble AI in 2019 and joined The Forge Business Incubator program the same year. The Forge is funded by McMaster University and works with tech start-ups in Greater Toronto Area and Hamilton to build successful businesses, by providing companies with expert mentorship, seed funding, and dedicated working space.  At the end of 2019, The Forge alumnus raised $2 million in funding from Craft Ventures, Betaworks, AET Fund, and firstminute Capital.
