As uncertainty plagues families in these trying times, The Forge alumnus Prep’d Fresh has decided to take aim at supporting local families in need. The meal delivery company has taken the opportunity to support low-income families within the Hamilton community by matching 50% of all orders and donating that amount to Food4Kids. Food4Kids is an organization that provides weekly packages of healthy food for children. Prep’d Fresh has helped feed 50 families thus far and raised over $1,500 on their way to their ultimate goal of helping 100 families.
Prep’d Fresh provides McMaster students affordable, healthy ready-to-eat meals delivered right to their doors every week. With a seamless online ordering system, they can order their meals for the week and not have to worry about having the time or money to eat with their busy student schedule
