Randy brings 30+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience selling a variety of software solutions directly to customers. Randy has worked with many start-ups and large vendors (the likes of IBM, Sun Microsystems, Xerox, etc.). Currently, he consults with start-ups on their go-to-market efforts and develops the skills of the people doing the selling, creating a vision for customers and making sure the staff is executing well. Getting customers is fundamental to launching a company and it requires a lot of diverse skills. It is easy to get lost in the many activities large organizations ask of a vendor. Knowing how to scope your efforts and prioritize activities is key. Having done this successfully for several decades, it is great to be able to coach and mentor others in how to find, develop and close business with some of the largest companies in the world. This is the sweet spot in Randy’s skill set and the focus of his consulting company.
