Bryanne currently oversees a group of retirement homes in southwestern Ontario servicing more than 1,100 customers daily through a team of almost 700 employees. Bryanne has worked throughout North America focusing on optimizing operations in healthcare and hospitality settings for the past 15 years.
Her recent experience is in health care and hospitality as it relates to seniors and the aging industry. She can share insights into the complexities of private-public partnerships in this space and help identify the growing gaps in this rapidly expanding demographic that has often been left out of the innovation environment. Bryanne has aided entrepreneurs in the past to better understand the needs of our aging population by supporting public and private research initiatives and mentoring students in the Kitchener/Waterloo area.
Bryanne is also available to support scaling a business in staff modeling, HR policy development, system implementation, and ensuring sustained profitability. Another passion of hers has been supporting businesses in identifying and manifesting a true corporate culture that not only supports a company’s vision but is woven into the daily fabric of operations.
