Lianna Genovese wins Young Trailblazer Award

Lianna Genovese won the Young Trailblazer Award as part of the YWCA Women of Distinction Awards for the Hamilton and Halton regions. Genovese is McMaster University student in her final year in the biomedical and mechanical engineering program and the founder of ImaginAble Solutions. The Forge client developed Guided HandsTM, an assistive device that enables people with limited fine motor skills to paint, draw, write, and use a tablet or computer. The YWCA Women of Distinction Awards are recognized nationally as one of the most prestigious awards honouring extraordinary women.
