Hyivy Health Selected as a Finalist at Startupfest Pitch Competition

June 30, 2020

Hyivy Health, The Forge client, has been selected as a finalist for Startupfest’s Audience and The Grandmother’s Choice awards at their pitch competition. Hyivy Health has created the first connected pelvic rehabilitation device for women experiencing symptoms from pelvic cancers and diseases.

The tenth annual Startupfest is a global gathering of the world’s best entrepreneurs, founders, investors and mentors. The event will be broadcasted live from Old Montreal on July 15-16, with free tickets available for those tuning in online.

“Over at Hyivy Health, we have been busy hiring, testing, prototyping and collecting the first bits of data on the pelvic floor of women struggling with their pelvic health,” said Rachel Bartholomew, CEO and Founder of Hyivy Health. “The Startupfest pitch helps us gain the exposure needed to catch the attention of investors for our seed round we will be raising in the fall. All of the support from the Hamilton community, The Forge and fellow startups has been invaluable to us and we cannot wait to see what happens at the Startupfest finale on July 16th.”
