Hyivy Health accepted to HEALTHI & launching study

On July 28, 2021, Hyivy Health, The Forge client, is the first company to be accepted into the Hamilton Ecosystem to Accelerate and Leverage Trials of Health Innovation (HEALTHI) program headed by Innovation Factory and the Synapse Life Science Consortium. Hyivy Health creates an intelligent and holistic pelvic rehabilitation device for one in three women worldwide who will experience a pelvic health complication in their lifetime.

Rachel Bartholomew, the founder and CEO, and Kamyar Rouindej the CTO of Hyivy Health will be launching a research study with Hamilton Health Sciences to track the effects of chronic pelvic pain for women with endometriosis. HEALTHI will leverage up to $15,000 in funding to work directly with the Research Administration groups at Hamilton Health Sciences or The Research Institute at St. Joe’s Hamilton to create the pre-trial protocols and documents required to undertake a commercialization project or clinical trial in one of Canada’s leading research hospitals.
