Canadian Innovator Adam Hepburn to Represent Nation at G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Summit

The Forge is thrilled to announce Adam Hepburn, founder of ELO Gaming, has been selected as one of 46 young entrepreneurs to represent Canada at the G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance (G20 YEA) Summit. The summit will take place from June 12-14 in Goiânia, Brazil, promoting the theme “Connecting Cultures, Fostering Business: Building a just world and a sustainable planet.”

The Canadian delegation showcases the nation’s rich diversity, with 48% women-led businesses and 74% of founders identifying as Black, Indigenous, or People of Colour. ELO’s participation underscores The Forge’s dedication to nurturing innovative and inclusive entrepreneurship.

The summit will culminate in the production of a communiqué on global entrepreneurship policy, which will be presented to the G20 leaders at their subsequent summit. This document will emphasize the importance of incorporating young entrepreneurs’ perspectives into global economic policymaking, showcasing how Canadian innovation and values can positively impact communities around the world.
