The Forge is pleased to announce that this year’s 40 Under Forty Business Achievement Awards for the Hamilton Region were awarded to three of our clients and alumni: Sarosha Imtiaz of Aiva Labs, Candace Gagné of Challenger X Inc., and Dr. Monica Yazdanian for her work as the director of The Forge. This prestigious award recognizes 40 business people under the age of 40 who have demonstrated an extraordinary level of success in the private, public and non-profit sectors.
Nominated individual’s accomplishments are evaluated by a distinguished panel of local business leaders and past award recipients. Taking into consideration the following criteria to determine the final 40 award recipients.
- An uncommon level of accomplishment in their field or industry.
- A demonstration of leadership and innovation with their business or workplace.
- An ability to overcome obstacles and achieve results.
- An active involvement in their industry and/or community.
- A commitment to constant improvement.
